We host bonbon workshops and tastings all year around, either at the Café or at our Woodstock Exchange kitchen. A tasting of the range of Honest Chocolate products (bars, bonbons, spread) and key chocolate ingredients, with an introduction to how cacao beans are farmed, processed and how chocolate is made with a specific focus on the Honest Chocolate production process.
Approximately 30 minutes, R100 per head, minimum of 8 people
A full tasting and introduction to how cacao beans are farmed and processed (as above), as well as a demonstration of how chocolate is made. Guests are then taught to dip, decorate and wrap their own set of four bonbons to take home. The workshop includes tea/coffee.
